Set up the building once
Add locations, rooms and runs with a capacity and a size limit for each. Overnight boarding has a check-in and check-out date and time, a nightly rate and an extra pet rate. Daycare has full day and half day rates.
Reservations that check themselves
Clients can request a stay from the portal, or you can create one yourself. Every night and day is checked against capacity before a stay is approved. You assign a run, and a full night puts the request on the waitlist instead of overbooking.
Vaccination expiry is stored for each pet. An expired record warns you or blocks the booking, depending on how you set it up.
A board for the day
Today’s check-ins and check-outs, the pets on site, and their feeding and medication notes sit on one board. Staff tap to log a meal, medication, potty break or playtime and can attach photos. The occupancy calendar shows which runs are full on which nights.
A daily report card goes to each pet parent through the same report card and notification system used for visits.
Stays flow into invoices
Nights, extra pets and half days are priced from your rates, and completed stays land on the client’s regular invoice next to their visits. There is nothing to re-enter.
