Switch Kit
Bring eight years of history with you
The reason most owners stay on software they have outgrown is not the software. It is the client history. So the importer is a first-class feature with a dry run and a rollback, not a support ticket and a two-week wait.
Export from your current system
Clients, pets, vaccinations, services, rates, recurring schedules and outstanding balances. CSV is fine. That is all we need.
Drop the files in
We work out which file is which and map the columns automatically. "Client First Name", "Owner Fname" and "first" all land in the same place.
Look at the dry run
The preview runs the identical code as the real import, inside a transaction that is rolled back. What you see is exactly what you will get.
Commit, or roll it back
Every row created carries the import batch id. If it does not look right, one click deletes exactly what the import made and nothing else.
What comes across
- Clients with both contacts
- Addresses, access instructions and alarm codes
- Emergency contacts and veterinarians
- Pets with feeding, medication and behavior notes
- Vaccination records with expiry dates
- Services with durations and default rates
- Client-specific rate overrides
- Active recurring schedules as templates
- Outstanding balances as opening invoices
- Zones, referral sources and billing notes
Supported exports
Nothing is guessed silently
Every column mapping is shown before anything runs, duplicates are detected against what is already in the account, and any row we could not match appears in a warnings list rather than disappearing.
Rollback is one click
Every imported row is tagged with the batch id, so undoing an import is a single delete per table. Nothing you created by hand is touched.
And you can leave the same way
One click exports every table as CSV and JSON. We would rather earn the month.
Ten minutes, start to finish
Create an account, drop in the export, review, commit. Your sitters can be on the schedule the same afternoon.
